Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, and represents Berbson’s first turnkey cleanroom project in the biotechnology sector in the Caucasus region.

With a total construction area of 9,500 square meters, the facility includes multiple functional zones such as a cell culture laboratory, sterile preparation room, and quality control center.

Berbson provided a full-chain solution covering conceptual design, material supply, and on-site installation. The project adopts a high-performance glass magnesium rock wool cleanroom panel system, combined with a modular fast-installation approach to meet tight construction deadlines.

The cleanroom was successfully certified in compliance with ISO 14644 standards, achieving:

ISO 5 (Class 100) for critical clean zones

ISO 7 (Class 10,000) for controlled environments

Despite strict timeline requirements, the project achieved one-time certification approval and was delivered on schedule.

This project provides internationally compliant infrastructure for the development of Azerbaijan’s biotechnology industry and demonstrates Berbson’s strong capability in high-end cleanroom system integration and global project execution.
