Detailed Introduction:

Located in the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) in Binh Duong Province, this project is one of Berbson’s benchmark turnkey cleanroom engineering achievements in Southeast Asia’s electronics manufacturing sector. With a total construction area of 8,700 square meters, the facility includes three major functional modules: an ISO Class 5 core production area, an ISO Class 7 support area, and dedicated testing laboratories.

Under a turnkey delivery model, Berbson provided a full-process solution covering concept design, material supply, construction, and installation. The project adopted a magnesium oxide rock wool cleanroom panel system together with an anti-static polyurethane flooring system, creating a reliable, clean, and production-ready environment for high-standard electronics manufacturing.

Built in strict accordance with ISO 14644 international standards, the facility achieved classified environmental control for both ISO Class 5 production zones and ISO Class 7 support areas, meeting the stringent cleanliness and operational requirements of precision electronics manufacturing.

To address the high temperature and humidity challenges of the tropical monsoon climate, the project team optimized the moisture resistance of the panel system and the airtightness design of the enclosure system, ensuring year-round temperature and humidity fluctuations remained controlled within ±1°C and ±5%.

The project successfully passed acceptance by the relevant investment and construction authorities in Vietnam on the first attempt, becoming a model project for high-standard cleanroom construction in the local electronics manufacturing industry. It demonstrates Berbson’s system integration capability and cross-border delivery strength in executing international cleanroom projects under tropical climate conditions.
