Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in Istanbul, Turkey, and represents a high-end hospital cleanroom engineering project delivered by Berbson for a large international medical facility.

With a total construction area of 8,000 square meters, the project includes 18 high-standard operating rooms, an ICU (Intensive Care Unit), and a Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD).

Berbson provided a full turnkey solution covering design, material supply, and installation. The project utilizes a high-performance glass magnesium rock wool cleanroom panel system combined with airtight operating room doors and window systems, ensuring excellent hygiene, durability, and sealing performance.

The cleanroom is designed in strict accordance with ISO 14644 standards and EU operating room regulations, achieving:

ISO 5 (Class 100) for critical surgical areas

ISO 7 (Class 10,000) for auxiliary zones

Thanks to the modular rapid installation system, the construction period was significantly reduced, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.

The project successfully passed acceptance by the Turkish Ministry of Health and has become a benchmark medical cleanroom project in the region, demonstrating Berbson’s strong capability in high-end healthcare cleanroom system integration and international project delivery.
