Detailed Introduction:

Located in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, this project is one of Berbson’s key application cases in the Gulf region. Berbson provided a turnkey cold storage enclosure system for the catering and logistics area of the Bahrain International Exhibition Center, supporting reliable cold chain operation for food service facilities.

The project adopted Berbson’s polyurethane cold storage panel system with 100 mm thickness and W-type joint design, offering strong thermal insulation performance, high structural stability, and efficient airtightness. The system was engineered to support both freezer rooms operating at -18°C to -25°C and chiller rooms maintained at 0°C to 5°C.

To address the extreme summer climate of Bahrain, characterized by high temperatures and high humidity, the project team optimized the insulation enclosure solution to ensure stable internal cold storage conditions and dependable daily operation.

Thanks to the modular installation system, on-site construction time was significantly reduced, improving delivery efficiency and minimizing project disruption. The project successfully passed Bahrain municipal acceptance on the first attempt, demonstrating the excellent performance and reliable delivery capability of Berbson’s polyurethane insulation systems under hot-climate conditions.
