Located in Styria, Austria, this 12,400-square-meter turnkey research laboratory project stands as one of Berbson’s benchmark achievements in the European market. The facility integrates multiple functional zones, including biological laboratories, precision instrument rooms, and low-temperature sample storage areas, providing a high-standard environment for advanced scientific research.

As the main contractor, Berbson delivered an integrated solution covering design optimization, material supply, construction, and installation. The project adopted a magnesium oxide rock wool cleanroom panel system together with polyurethane cold storage panel systems, ensuring both cleanliness performance and thermal insulation efficiency across different research environments.

The project successfully passed strict acceptance in accordance with EU EN standards, while the clean areas achieved ISO Class 7 performance. In addition, panel installation precision was controlled within ±1.5 mm, reflecting the project’s high requirements for engineering accuracy and construction quality.
