Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, and represents Berbson’s first benchmark cleanroom project in the biopharmaceutical sector in the Caucasus region.

With a total construction area of 8,500 square meters, the facility includes key functional areas such as a sterile filling workshop, QC laboratory, and packaging zone.

Berbson delivered a full turnkey solution covering design optimization, material supply, and installation guidance. The project adopts a high-performance glass magnesium rock wool cleanroom panel system, ensuring durability, fire resistance, and hygienic performance.

The cleanroom is designed in compliance with EU GMP standards and ISO 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom requirements, making it suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Thanks to the modular construction system, the project timeline was significantly shortened and successfully passed acceptance by both the client and local regulatory authorities.

This project provides reliable infrastructure for the upgrading of Azerbaijan’s pharmaceutical industry and demonstrates Berbson’s strong capability in international cleanroom project delivery.
