Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in Singapore Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. It is a benchmark electronic manufacturing cleanroom general contracting project undertaken by Berbson in Southeast Asia, with a total construction area of 8700 square meters, covering three major functional modules: a hundred level core production area, a thousand level auxiliary area, and a testing laboratory. Berbson provides full process services from conceptual design, material supply to construction and installation in a general contracting mode. The core adopts a glass magnesium rock wool clean board system and an anti-static polyurethane flooring system, strictly following the ISO 14644 international standard to achieve graded control of ISO 5 (hundred level) production areas and ISO 7 (ten thousand level) auxiliary areas. Faced with the challenges of high temperature and humidity in tropical monsoon climate, the project team optimized the moisture-proof performance and airtight system design of the board to ensure that the annual temperature and humidity fluctuations are controlled within ± 1 ℃/± 5%. The project has passed the acceptance inspection of the Vietnamese investment and construction authority in one go, becoming a demonstration case of high standard clean room construction in the local electronic manufacturing industry, demonstrating Berbson's system integration capability and cross-border delivery strength in executing international clean room projects under tropical climate conditions.
