Campinas Technology Park, Sao Paulo State, Brazil
Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in the Campinas Science Park in S ã o Paulo, Brazil. It is the first clean room turnkey project undertaken by berbson in the field of life science research and development in South America, with a total construction area of 11200 square meters, covering three core functional areas: gene therapy laboratory, cell culture room, and biological sample bank. Berbson provides integrated services from process layout design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts glass magnesium rock wool clean board system and anti-static clean floor system, strictly following the Brazilian ANVISA and ISO 14644 international standards. The clean area achieves graded control of ISO level 5 (hundred level) core R&D area and ISO level 7 (ten thousand level) auxiliary area. In response to the extreme requirements of gene therapy for sterile environments, the project team optimized the airtightness design and precise temperature and humidity control scheme to ensure a stable and reliable environment in the cell operation area. The project has passed the acceptance inspection of the Brazilian National Health Supervision Bureau in one go, becoming a demonstration project for biopharmaceutical infrastructure in Latin America, demonstrating Berbson's system integration capability and cross-border delivery strength in the field of high-end life science cleanrooms.
