Detailed Introduction:

The project is located in Poznan, Poland, and is a modern cold chain logistics center turnkey project created by berbson for a leading food supply chain enterprise in Central Europe. The total construction area is 15000 square meters, covering three core functional units: -28 ℃ deep cold storage, 0 ℃ -4 ℃ refrigerated storage, and constant temperature sorting and packaging area. Berbson provides integrated services from cold storage enclosure system design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts 120mm/100mm thick polyurethane cold storage panels and W-shaped airtight interface technology, with a thermal conductivity coefficient as low as 0.022W/m · K. It achieves stable storage temperature and energy consumption reduction of more than 30% throughout the year under the climate conditions of Central and European continents. The modular rapid construction system shortens the on-site construction period by 40% compared to traditional methods. All materials and construction processes strictly comply with the EU EN 13501-1 fire protection standard and REACH environmental regulations, and have passed the acceptance of the Polish health and building regulatory authorities in one go. This project has become a demonstration project for cold chain infrastructure in the Central European region, demonstrating the excellent performance and international engineering delivery strength of berbson polyurethane insulation system in the high standard market environment in Europe.
