Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Detailed Introduction:

The project is located in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. It is the first cleanroom general contracting project undertaken by berbson in the field of life sciences in Central Asia, with a total construction area of 11200 square meters, covering three core functional areas: molecular biology laboratory, sterile formulation research and development center, and stem cell storage. Berbson provides a full chain service from process layout design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts glass magnesium rock wool clean panel system and airtight door and window system, strictly following ISO 14644 and EU GMP standards. The clean area achieves graded control of ISO 5 (hundred level) core area and ISO 7 (ten thousand level) auxiliary area. Faced with the challenge of extreme temperature differences between winter and summer in the continental climate of Central Asia, the project team optimized the airtightness and insulation design of the panels to ensure stable and controllable temperature and humidity throughout the year. The project has passed the acceptance of the Uzbekistan Ministry of Health in one go, becoming a benchmark project for the construction of life science infrastructure in Central Asia, demonstrating Berbson's system integration capability and cross-border delivery strength in executing international cleanroom projects under complex climate conditions.
