The total construction area is 17000 square feet (approximately 1580 square meters), covering three functional units: -30 ℃ deep cold storage, 0 ℃ -4 ℃ cold storage, and constant temperature maturation room. Berbson provides integrated services from cold storage enclosure system design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts 120mm/150mm thick polyurethane cold storage panels and W-shaped airtight interface technology, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.021W/m · K, meeting the energy efficiency standards of the US Department of Energy (DOE) and ASHRAE cold storage design specifications. The annual operating energy consumption is reduced by more than 28% compared to similar projects. The modular rapid construction system shortens the on-site construction period by 50% compared to traditional methods, and passes the acceptance of the Washington State Agricultural Quarantine Department and third-party authoritative testing institutions in one go. This project serves multiple Michelin starred restaurants and high-end supermarkets in the Seattle area, becoming a demonstration project for the cold chain infrastructure of boutique food on the West Coast of North America.
