Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in Accra, the capital of Ghana. It is the first clean room turnkey project undertaken by Berbson in the West African region, covering a total construction area of 8700 square meters and encompassing three core functional areas: biotechnology research and development laboratory, cell culture room, and diagnostic reagent production workshop. Berbson provides a full chain service from process layout design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts glass magnesium rock wool clean panel system and airtight door and window system, strictly following WHO and ISO 14644 international standards. The clean area achieves graded control of ISO 5 (hundred level) core area and ISO 7 (ten thousand level) auxiliary area. Faced with the challenges of high temperature and humidity in tropical climates, the project team optimized the moisture-proof formula and airtightness design of the board to ensure stable and controllable temperature and humidity throughout the year. The project has passed the acceptance of the Ghana Food and Drug Administration in one go, becoming a benchmark project for the construction of life science infrastructure in West Africa, demonstrating Berbson's system integration capability and cross-border delivery strength in executing international cleanroom projects under tropical climate conditions.
