Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in the Pharmaceutical Industry Park of Port Ghana, and is the first pharmaceutical cleanroom general contracting project undertaken by berbson in West Africa. The total construction area is 10600 square meters, covering three core functional areas: oral solid preparation workshop, sterile filling line, and microbiology laboratory. Berbson provides integrated services from process layout design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts glass magnesium rock wool clean board system and corrosion-resistant polyurethane flooring system, strictly following WHO GMP and PIC/S international standards. The clean area achieves graded control of ISO level 5 (hundred level) core area and ISO level 8 (hundred thousand level) auxiliary area. Faced with the challenges of high temperature and humidity in tropical maritime climate, the project team optimized the moisture-proof formula and airtightness design of the board to ensure stable and controllable temperature and humidity throughout the year. The project has passed the acceptance of the Ghana Food and Drug Administration in one go, becoming a benchmark project for pharmaceutical infrastructure construction in the country, demonstrating Berbson's system integration capability and cross-border delivery strength in executing international pharmaceutical cleanroom projects in tropical regions.
