Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in the Khalifa Industrial Zone in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is the first clean room turnkey project undertaken by Berbson in the Middle East for new material research and development. The total construction area is 6800 square meters, covering three major functional areas: composite material synthesis laboratory, material performance testing center, and pilot scale up workshop. Berbson provides a full chain service from conceptual design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts glass magnesium rock wool clean board system and high temperature resistant polyurethane cold storage board system, strictly following ISO 14644 and UAE standardization specifications. The clean area meets ISO 5 (Class 100) core experimental area standards. Faced with the challenges of extreme high temperatures and sandstorms in the Gulf region, the project team has strengthened the sealing performance and temperature and humidity control scheme of the enclosure system to ensure stable operation throughout the year. The project has passed the acceptance of the UAE Standardization and Metrology Bureau in one go, becoming a demonstration project for advanced materials research infrastructure in the Middle East, demonstrating Berbson's system integration capability and cross-border delivery strength in executing international cleanroom projects under extreme weather conditions.
