Detailed Introduction:

The project is located in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. It is a high-end medical cleanroom general contracting project undertaken by Berbson in the Middle East region, providing a comprehensive solution for the construction of a new operating department at the local Royal Hospital. The total construction area is 9200 square meters, covering 18 Class 100 laminar flow operating rooms, 6 Class 10000 interventional operating rooms, and supporting sterile supply centers. Berbson provides a full chain service from medical process design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts a glass magnesium rock wool clean panel system and an airtight operating room dedicated automatic door system, strictly following the standards of FGI in the United States and the Saudi Ministry of Health. The core operating area meets ISO level 5 (hundred level) standards, and the auxiliary area meets ISO level 7 (ten thousand level) standards. Faced with the challenge of desert climate, the project team strengthened the sealing performance of the enclosure structure and implemented a constant temperature and humidity control scheme to ensure a stable surgical environment throughout the year. The project has passed the acceptance of the Saudi Ministry of Health in one go, becoming a demonstration project for modern medical facilities in the Gulf region, demonstrating Berbson's system integration capabilities and international engineering delivery strength in the field of high-end medical cleanrooms.
