Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in Chumphon Province, Thailand. It is a large-scale polyurethane cold storage general contracting project undertaken by berbson in Southeast Asia, creating a modern cold chain logistics center for a leading agricultural product export enterprise in the local area. The total construction area is 15800 square meters, covering four functional areas: pre cooling classification area, -25 ℃ rapid freezing warehouse, -18 ℃ freezing warehouse, and 0-5 ℃ fresh-keeping refrigeration warehouse. Berbson provides full chain services from refrigeration process design, warehouse construction to equipment integration in a general contracting mode. The core adopts the Berbson polyurethane cold storage panel system (150mm/120mm/100mm variable thickness design, W-shaped concave convex groove interface), which optimizes moisture-proof sealing and condensate water treatment solutions for the high temperature and high humidity characteristics of tropical monsoon climate, ensuring stable warehouse temperature and optimal energy consumption throughout the year. The modular and rapid construction system has shortened the construction period by 40% compared to traditional methods. The project has passed the acceptance of the Thai Ministry of Agriculture and FDA in one go, becoming a demonstration project for the cold chain infrastructure of agricultural product exports in the eastern economic corridor of the country.
