Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in Lagos State, Nigeria, and is another important cleanroom general contracting project undertaken by berbson in the West African region. The total construction area is 9500 square meters, covering three core functional areas: vaccine pilot testing room, biosafety secondary laboratory, and quality control testing center. Berbson provides integrated services from process layout design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts a glass magnesium rock wool clean panel system and a corrosion-resistant polyurethane floor system, strictly following WHO GMP and ISO 14644 international standards. The clean area achieves graded control of ISO 5 (hundred level) core area and ISO 7 (ten thousand level) auxiliary area. Faced with the humid and hot climate conditions in the Gulf of Guinea, the project team optimized the moisture-proof sealing design and condensate water treatment plan to ensure stable and controllable temperature and humidity throughout the year. The project has passed the acceptance inspection of the Nigerian National Food and Drug Administration in one go, becoming an important infrastructure support for the country's vaccine localization production strategy, demonstrating Berbson's system integration capability and cross-border delivery strength in executing international biopharmaceutical cleanroom projects under tropical climate conditions.
