Kazakhstan Almaty Cold Chain Logistics Center Polyurethane Cold Storage General Contracting Project
Detailed Introduction:

This project is located in Almaty Oblast, Kazakhstan. It is a large-scale polyurethane cold storage general contracting project undertaken by Berbson in Central Asia, with a total construction area of 13000 square meters, covering four functional areas: low-temperature freezer (-25 ℃), refrigerated warehouse (0 ℃ -4 ℃), pre cooling workshop, and constant temperature sorting area. Berbson provides integrated services from refrigeration process design, material supply to construction and installation. The core adopts a 120mm/100mm thick polyurethane cold storage panel system, equipped with W-shaped concave convex groove interfaces and low-temperature resistant sealant, ensuring excellent airtightness and insulation performance of the enclosure structure. In response to the extreme continental climate in Kazakhstan, characterized by severe winter temperatures (as low as -40 ℃) and high summer temperatures, the project team optimized the design of the anti cold bridge and temperature and humidity zoning control scheme to ensure stable operation of the warehouse throughout the year. The modular rapid installation system shortens the construction period by 40% compared to traditional methods, and has passed the acceptance of the Kazakhstan Standardization and Metrology Committee in one go. This project has become a demonstration project for cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Central Asia, demonstrating the reliable performance and cross-border project delivery capabilities of the Berbson polyurethane cold storage system under extreme weather conditions.
