Structure: The VHP sterilization pass‑through box consists of a main chamber, internal sterilization cavity for holding products, a hydrogen peroxide generator, a H₂O₂ dosing unit, a cavity dehumidifier, a H₂O₂ decomposition unit, a heating unit, a clean fan, a booster fan, clean ducts, HEPA filters, and a control system. The clean ducts connect the clean fan, sterilization cavity, H₂O₂ generator, dehumidifier, decomposition unit, and heating unit to circulate air inside the sterilization cavity. The H₂O₂ generator vaporizes liquid hydrogen peroxide through high‑temperature flash evaporation, converting it from liquid to vapor, which then flows with the internal air into the sterilization cavity to sterilize the items inside.

Applications: Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, laboratories, and other aseptic processing areas requiring sterile transfer of materials.
